Shortly after I opened my first pottery studio in The Fisherman's Village, Los Angeles, Geobeats came to my door and asked if I would like to participate in making an online video for their magazine...yeah right and how much is the Brooklyn bridge? Low and behold a professional videographer came and shot me working for about 5 hours, all for free! Still not quite believing it I had nothing prepared for him but the two of us winged the whole thing, as a matter of fact, the broken piece of pottery in my getting started video was the large unglazed platter in the second or third video on how to throw a plate. The guy didn't know it was greenware and picked it up by its' lip and it completely shattered. I like making lemonade out of lemons hence the recycling bit in the first video. Thanks, Geo beats!
